We want you to love your Herman Miller products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging and condition to receive a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest order lookup tool to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the product if necessary and place it back in its original Herman Miller packaging with all included manuals and hardware.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to an authorized FedEx location or contact our support team to schedule a freight pickup for larger furniture items.
